Job Summary
Under General Direction, this position markets and sells Treasury Management products and services to both existing and prospective customers of the bank. A related purpose of this position is to act as a liaison between users of Treasury Management products and Bank operational support staff to resolve any customer questions or service issues that may arise.

Detailed Description:
• Support electronic products and services for commercial customers.
• Maintains and follows through on customer contacts regarding changes, additions, and other problems and issues with commercial business products and explain procedures and regulations.
• Provide back up support for wire transfer and Merchant Services.
• Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy ETC)
• Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are absolutely essential.

Education and Experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• A minimum of one year's experience working in a back office support role; operations and/or treasury management experience preferred

Skills and Abilities
• Background in bank policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional customer service skills, organizational skills and self motivation are also required.
• Professional telephone skills and business etiquette are critical in the position.
• Must be a team oriented and willing to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as needed.
• Skilled in the use of a PC and various software
• Commitment to exceed customer service expectations
• Ability to resolve customer service issues such that Bank and customer needs are met

Physical Demands
The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee will regularly sit; talk; hear; and use hands to finger/handle or feel. The employee will occasionally stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb and balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Special vision requirements include close, distant, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
